Mozelle Britton was an American actress born on October 12, 1895, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She began her acting career in the 1910s and appeared in over 100 films throughout the silent era. Britton was known for her work in Western films, where she often played the female lead opposite stars like Tom Mix and Hoot Gibson. She also appeared in many other genres, including dramas and comedies. In the early 1930s, Britton moved to England, where she continued to act in films until the mid-1940s. She then retired from acting and returned to the United States. Britton passed away on July 18, 1953, in Jamestown, North Dakota.
